Stacker crane Automated Storage system(AS/RS)

This system is the main application form in the field of non-dense automated storage. The system consists of an automatic roadway stacker, horizontal conveyor and connection system, racking system, WMS/WCS management and control system. Compared with dense storage systems, this system can manage any pallet position, and it is suitable for storage systems that covers a large number of SKUs and is required for returning and sorting. According to the requirements of the project, it is possible to carry out single-deep design or double-deep design to compensate for the lack of storage density. According to the efficiency of the warehousing and storage, the design of the circular track can be carried out to reduce the number of stackers and reduce the cost.

The stacker is the core equipment of the system. This equipment consists of a horizontal drive, a vertical lift, and a telescopic fork. The main body of the stacker adopts double-column stable and reinforced structure design. The horizontal drive adopts the German Demag mobile device, and the lift adopts the design of hoist lifting . The fork adopts the European imported brand. The overall design is compact. Driven by SEW motor, Siemens control assembly. Two-dimensional code fine positioning control is used in horizontal and vertical directions. The whole equipment  is characterized by novel design, stable structure, fast driving speed, large acceleration, high positioning accuracy, small running noise. The specially low temperature design also makes this system suitable for cold storage storage projects.
