Shuttle&carrier Automated Storage System

The system is the most typical application system in the field of intelligent and dense storage. It has the characteristics of high storage density, high inbound and outbound efficiency, stable system operation, high security redundancy and high expansion of inventory efficiency at the later stage. The system consists of carrier, shuttle, fast vertical lift, horizontal conveyor system, racking system and WMS/WCS management and control system. The shuttle is responsible for the storage of the roadway. The carrier is responsible for material handling on the lateral transfer of the roadway, and the fast lift and conveyor system is responsible for material moving on the vertical and ground side. Under the scheduling of the WMS&WCS upper management and control system, by connecting to each other under the support of the wireless network, all parts respond to each other to finish the inbound and outbound operation of FIFO or FILO. This system is widely used in food, beverage, dairy, pharmacy, tobacco, fine chemical and other products, and is suitable for low temperature cold chain logistics.
